MONROE, La. – Authorities have arrested a man accused of aggravated assault with a firearm.
According to arrest records, it happened Monday, Feb. 17, at a convenience store at 502 Winnsboro Road in Monroe.
A witness told police that Mohammed Husein, 23, of Ruston, got into an argument with the victim before pulling out a gun and firing in the victim’s direction.
Police say video shows Husein firing the gun inside the store in the direction of the victim.
Husein was arrested and booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center.
