MONROE, LA- 33-year-old Jeremy James was arrested on Saturday, 22 January, on a charge of Negligent Homicide.
The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s officers were investigating a hit-and-run incident on Standifer Street where Leroy Dorsey was killed.
Reportedly, James was located on the 400 block of St. John Street, where the deputies made the arrest and booked him to the Ouachita Correctional Center on one count of Negligent Homicide.
