Monroe, LA – According to the police officials, his name is Tyler Jack Balzarett Thompson and he was booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center.
This unfortunate incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
It happened at a bank located on MLK Drive/U.S. Highway 165.
Monroe Police Department officers responded to a silent alarm.
The responding officers found the suspect in the lobby and he was arrested without incident.
The 22-year-old suspect was booked on charges of simple robbery, a felony, and resisting an officer by refusing to give his name during an arrest.
