Monroe, LA – According to the police officials, his name is James Sherwin Duplichan and he was taken into custody on Aug. 23.
Police say the suspect was arrested at an apartment complex at 3901 Old Sterlington Rd.
The 28-year-old man was booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center on four counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of thirteen.
