MONROE, La. – After closing over a year ago, Monroe elected officials, I-20 Board members, and citizens of Ouachita Parish gathered today to celebrate the re-opening of Frontage Road South.
The project made several repairs to concrete damage, pavement, and other parts of the roadway.
The cost of the project was 1.1 million dollars.
The road will be owned and maintained by the Ouachita Police Jury.
