Monroe, LA – According to the police officials, his name is Kenji Samuel Wheeler and he cursed loudly and banged on the door to the victims’ room and demanded they come outside.
The responding officers made contact with the suspect, but he refused the officers’ commands and placed his hands in his pockets.
The 30-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody.
Authorities say he may have been under the influence of a drug or alcohol.
Wheeler was booked at Ouachita Correctional Center on the above charge as well as on resisting an officer, two counts of simple assault, and disturbing the peace through language and disorderly conduct.
