Monroe, LA – According to the court documents, her name is Leslie L. Stuart and she filed a complaint stating that on May 9, 2020, Timothy G. Fischer, Deputy Sheriff of Ouachita Parish, unlawfully detained her through use of excessive force and invaded privacies causing property damage.
She added that this is a violation of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Deputy Fischer came to her residence inquiring about the whereabouts of one Mark Jones. Stuart proceeded to check for Jones then informed Deputy Fischer that Jones was not in the residence.
The deputy drew his firearm, prompting her to tell Fischer to leave her property.
The complaint further alleges that the deputy unlawfully entered her residence without a warrant for search or seizure and caused property damage while violating her privacy.
