Monroe, LA – According to the Monroe Police Department, the shooting occurred around 10:15 p.m. on Aug. 16.
It happened in the 1500 block on Sherrouse Street.
Victims told police that the 20-year-old suspect shot at them several times.
His name is Demarren Keyshawn Hollins and he was arrested at apartments on Bon Aire Drive.
The suspect admitted that the victim’s vehicle stopped near him and that he fired a 9mm handgun four or five times.
He was booked at Ouachita Correctional Center.
