MONROE, La. – The Monroe Police Department is asking for your help to find a missing man.
They are looking for 52-year-old Fabian Blanson.
Police say Blanson was last seen in the Orange Street area of Monroe around 12:00 p.m.
They say he suffers from mental illness and is also a diabetic.
