MONROE, La. – The City of Monroe is getting set for their annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony.
The event is scheduled for Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. and will be at the Monroe Civic Center.
Mayor Friday Ellis and Monroe City Council members are expected to be in attendance.
