MONROE, La. – The City Of Monroe will hold “The State of the City” address on Easter Sunday. This year’s event has changed from an in-person event to a TV/Internet broadcast.
The event will be broadcast Sunday, April 4 on KNOE TV at 7:00 a.m and 5:30 p.m and on KTVE at 10:30 p.m.
