MONROE, La. – A public presentation of the proposed downtown Monroe event cente will be held from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm Thursday at the Monroe Public Safety Center (fire side), located at 1810 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive.
The public is invited to ask questions of the designers and government officials.
