Monroe, LA – According to the police officials, his name is Michael Richard Holder and he was arrested on Aug. 30, 2021.
Police say the 44-year-old suspect was arrested shortly after deputies found the victim.
The victim, Bradley Smith, was found dead at a residence in the 100 block Patricks Cove.
The suspect was booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center on a charge of second-degree murder.
