MONROE, La. – With the news that TJ Finley is considering Auburn football as a transfer option after entering the portal from LSU, the focus among Tiger fans has shifted to who might be the quarterback of the future for a team that has lacked a true game-changer since Nick Marshall.
Bo Nix is supposed to be that guy by virtue of being a 5-star recruit from the state of Alabama and the son of former mid-90’s AU QB Patrick Nix.
So far, though, he hasn’t been. That hasn’t stopped fans from offering up their support of the junior pro-style play-caller in the face of Auburn football being called a “factor” by Finley in his recruitment decision.
