MONROE, La. – Carson Williams was finishing the fifth grade when Louisiana-Monroe offered his older brother, offensive tackle Sam Williams, a football scholarship in 2015. One week ago, history repeated itself when ULM became the first school to offer Carson, a 6-4, 285 lb. offensive lineman in the class of 2022 out of Fordyce High School in Arkansas.
