MONROE, La. – Affinity Health Group says they now have the COVID-19 vaccine available for people who are eligible.
To schedule an appointment, call the Affinity COVID hotline at (318) 966-9000.
Appointments are being scheduled for the next two weeks, Monday – Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Vaccines must be administered within the next two weeks.
Affinity says if you have any concerns about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID vaccine, please speak with your primary care provider. There is no out-of-pocket expense for the vaccine. Even though you may have been vaccinated, please continue to follow social distancing guidelines, wear a mask, and sanitize your hands frequently.
