MONROE, La. – Guests who use Restoration Park in the City of West Monroe now have the benefit of 911 addressing throughout the park to create a safer and more enjoyable experience. Through the collaborative efforts of the City of West Monroe’s GIS Administrator Len Snipe and the Ouachita Parish 911 Communications District, GPS addressing has been established throughout Restoration Park, which is located at 700 Downing Pines in West Monroe.
